A recent experience has had me reflecting on Change and how it is such a personal thing.
My latest post reflects on my superwoman school holiday "To-Do" list that didn't go to plan. I was left reflecting on how we put ourselves last when really we need to put ourselves first - to recharge and be creative.
Matilda was a wise little girl! And I am taking some lessons from here book. As she sings: "If you always take it on the chin and wear it, nothing will change.... sometime you have to be a little bit naughty!"
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Easy right? But how do you make lemonade when the lemons are worn out and used up? It's time to start to live again and breath and be kind. Time to start making lemonade.
